Booking Terms & Conditions

If you would like to make a booking please contact me via the 'Contact me' tab on this site or call/text on 07886680864.

To secure a booking a £30.00 deposit is required. This will be deducted from you final balance on your wedding day. Cheques should be made payable to Jodie Arnold and sent to 3 Brookside Cottages, Crook, County Durham, DL15 8JH.

The deposit is fully refundable if canceled at least 16 weeks before your wedding day. Please take this 16 week time frame into consideration when booking your trial to ensure that if you are not completely happy with your makeup you will still be entitled to a full refund, however the trial must still be paid for.

If you booking is made with less than 16 weeks remaining to your wedding day the deposit is non-refundable. Please be aware that no date can be held without a full deposit.

Any remaining balances must be paid in cash for your trial & for your wedding day. If you would rather pay by cheque you can post one to me 2 weeks before your balance is due.

Minimum bookings

If your wedding is a weekend, we can only take bookings for a minimum of three adults. (However this only applies for the wedding day not for trials also). If the booking is for the bride only, an extra charge will apply. Special offer for school day weddings - no minimium booking required.

Payment

When I receive your deposit we will post out a receipt and booking confirmation.

Approximately 3 weeks before your wedding I will post you out a morning plan with the time estimates for applying each individuals makeup, this is for you to look over and check it will fit in with your personal plans.

I will also send you the invoice with your remaining balance.

Any remaining balances must be paid by cash on the wedding day. If you would rather pay by cheque you may send it by post at least 2 weeks before your wedding day.

Please note: The trial must be paid in full on the day of the trial.
