Q: Do I need a trial?A: Ideally yes, the trial allows me to ensure you get the look you want for your wedding day. We can discuss the style you want and apply it so you can see exactly what you will look like, then any alterations can be made before your big day. Trials are done during the week at my Home in Durham. Q: I don't know what look I want, can you help? A: Yes,i can give you ideas and suggestions so that we can come up with a look you feel happy with.Q: When do you require Payment?A: To secure a date in my diary for your wedding day a £30 deposit is required at the time of booking. (This will be deducted from you final balance on your wedding day) This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 10 weeks or more before your wedding date. The remaining balance is payable by cash on the day. If you would rather pay by cheque it will need to be posted to me 2 weeks before your wedding day. Q: When do I need to pay for my trial?A: You need to pay for your trial either on the day of your trial with cash or if you would prefer to pay by cheque you can post it to me at least 2 weeks before your trial date. Q: What happens if you are ill on my wedding day?A: In this unlikely event I will try & arrange for a replacement make up artist (I know 3 so the chances of this are high) If this is not possible you will receive a full refund. Q: Should I have my hair done first? A: Ideally yes, but we can work around this if we need to.Q: Do you come to my home A: Yes, I will come to your home or venue on your wedding day.
