Q: I am quite nerveous about having my makeup applied professionally do you have any reasuring words for me?

A: Lots of people who have booked us have mentioned that they were quite nervous before hand, however they all ended up really enjoying themselfs. I am  really friendly, easy going, approachable people. I have lots of patience too so you really dont need to worry about any thing. We'll work together to create the look that you want.

Q: Do I need a trial?
A: Ideally yes, the trial allows us to ensure you get the look you want for your wedding day. We can discuss the style you want and apply it so you can see exactly what you will look like, then any alterations can be made before your big day. Trials are done during the week at my home in Crook, County Durham.

Q: I don't know what look I want, can you help?
A: Yes, I can give you ideas and suggestions so that we can come up with a look you feel happy with. We think every bride should be Naturally radiant, flawlessly beautiful, classic and timeless.

Q: When do you require Payment?
A:
To secure a booking a £30.00 deposit is required. This will be deducted from you final balance on your wedding day.

This deposit is fully refundable if cancelled at least 16 weeks before your wedding day.

If you booking is made with less than 16 weeks remaining to your wedding day the deposit is non-refundable.

Please be aware that no dates can be held without a full deposit.

Any remaining balances must be paid in cash for your trial & for your wedding day.
If you would rather pay by cheque you can post one to me 2 weeks before your balance is due.

Q: When do I need to pay for my trial?

A: You need to pay for your trial either on the day of your trial with cash or if you would prefer to pay by cheque you can post it to me at least 2 weeks before your trial date.

Q: What happens if you are ill on my wedding day?
A: In this unlikely event I will try & arrange for a replacement make up artist (I know 3 others so the chances of this are high) If this is not possible you will receive a full refund.

Q: Should I have my hair done first?
A: Ideally yes, but we can work around this if we need to.

Q: Do you come to my home
A: Yes, I will come to your home or venue on your wedding day. If you are further then 15 miles from DL15 there will be an additional expense. Trials are  done at my home in Crook, County Durham during the week. Please contact me for more information.

Q: What cosmetics do you use?
A:I use a range of good quality cosmetics including MAC, Bobbi Brown, Clarins, Benefit, Chanel & Clinique. We
have an extensive makeup kit containing professional, high quality products that look fantastic both in photos and in real life.

I am completely freelance and not associated with any cosmetic company, this means that the products we use are carefully selected for their quality and suitability. Your make-up will feel light and last throughout the day and evening.

If you have very sensitive skin it would be benefical to bring the cosmetics with you that you are used to.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes I am fully insured with Salon Gold.

Q: Are you qualified?

A: Yes I am qualified, there are copies of my qualifications on this website under the 'Qualifications' tab.
